The official PUMCH app and hospital WeChat channels are listed by the Beijing government. Its guide lists +86 10 69156699 for Dongdan appointments, with an English option, and +86 10 66016199 for the Xidan special clinic.
You do not need to use this website to contact the hospital. Ask the official patient service what information it needs, whether the desired specialist is available, and how confirmation is issued. Use the exact registration document you will bring. A Dongdan appointment should not be planned around the Xidan address. Ask the receiving department for the building, entrance and arrival instructions as well as the campus.
